Overview & Purpose.
The Beverly Hills Unified School District (“District”) is a California public school district authorized to procure design-build contracts pursuant to Education Code section 17250.10, et seq. The District issues this Request for Qualifications for Design-Build Services (“RFQ”) to invite interested design-build entities (“DBE(s)”) to qualify and be short-listed to submit a proposal(s) for the performance of design and construction services for the District’s Beverly Hills High School Upper Athletic Fields project as further described in the “PROJECT DESCRIPTION” section below (“Project”).
